Manhattan Village Brand Refresh
Starting in 2020, after a very thoughtful and extensive redevelopment of Manhattan Village, we were asked by DWS Group and JLL to breathe new life into the brand to honor the investment and show the new vibrance of the project. We have maintained Agency of Record for this fantastic Asset, currently.
2ND & PCH Art & Graphics Program
While under construction, we directed an art program while developing thousands of linear feet of thoughtfully branded graphics for the entire shopping center pre-grand opening. This included tenant-branded barricades announcing signed leases.

The Collection at UTC Branding
After Seritage Growth Properties and Invesco Real Estate acquired the old Sears building, they made a plan to redevelop into office and retail adjacent to Westfield UTC mall. I was asked to handle the brand for this development which included their brand development, leasing brochure and an extensive barricade graphics program with copywriting and project management through installation.
PR Construction Branding & Web Design
PR Construction was ready to make sure their brand reflected the caliber of work they do for their clients. They asked me to design and develop their branding, shoot photography and videography of their projects, take headshots of their employees and develop a new website.
This was an extensive rebrand which took 3 months to complete.
